Rental rates
Please note that Villa Mairela is not available for rent before the end of June 2024.
Minimum length of stay is 4 nights. From Monday to Thursday and on Sunday the price is 140€/night and on Friday and Saturday 160€/night.
Example: rental period from Monday to Friday: 4 x 140€ = 560€.
Example nr 2: rental period from Thursday to Monday: 140€ + 160€ + 160€ + 140€ = 600€.

Other prices

Two of the double beds can be altered into single beds (minimum stay 1 month in this case). Please inform us of this when you make a reservation. Further information on request.
The villa is at the disposal of the guests from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival to 12 noon on the day of departure. The host will greet you upon your arrival and hand you the keys. He/she will fetch the keys at the end of the vacation.
The guests are in charge of cleaning the villa during and after the rental period. A cleaning fee of EUR 120 applies if you would rather not clean yourself. Even if you choose to pay a cleaning fee, the villa must be tidy on departure.
The maximum number of guests is 8 people excluding short-term rentals such as celebrations. Infants without a bed are also included in the number of guests. Tents, caravans and RVs are not permitted.
Firewood is included in the rent. The shore is at 15 metres from the villa. The closest neighbour is at 60 metres (the host).
Charging an electric vehicle needs to be agreed upon in advance (extra charge).

Cleaning
The guests are responsible for cleaning the house during and after the rental period.Even if you have reserved a departure cleaning service at extra cost, the villa must be in order and tidy after your stay.
If you do the departure cleaning yourself, be sure to reserve enough time for it (at least 2-3 hours). The cleaning is to be done on the morning of departure and it includes the following:
- removing the garbage to the waste disposal point
- removal of empty bottles and cans and taking them to the waste disposal point in a plastic bag
- emptying the fridge and cupboards of food
- vacuuming the floor, carpets, sofa and armchairs and wiping the floors with a damp mop
- washing and return of dishes to their original place
- removing dirt and wiping tables, surfaces, kitchen cupboard doors and microwave oven with a damp rag
- please pay particular attention to cleaning frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and handles
- cleaning the sauna, bathroom, toilet seat and washbasin
- putting furniture back to its original place
- airing bedclothes outdoors (please pile rented sheets on a bed and place damp towels on the bathroom floor)
Damages and complaints
Guests are responsible for any damages they cause to the property. Any objections or complaints must be made immediately so that we may attend to the matter without delay. If you inadvertently break something please let us know right away or at the latest at checkout, so that we may replace the item for the next guest.
Pets
Small well-behaved dogs are welcome to Mairela. Cats are not allowed. Please let us know that you will be bringing a pet already when you are making a reservation. Dogs are to be kept on a leash outside - they must not run free. Please see to it that your pet does not damage the villa or the garden. The owner of the pet is responsible for all the damage caused by the pet. If your pet can spend time on the couch or in an armchair also at home, please cover these pieces of furniture with a clean blanket or such of your own. Please pick up the dog's poop in the garden at the latest at the end of the rental period.
